The YOGALUX / R.I.S.E. Teacher Training program is a comprehensive curriculum designed to refine and elevate your personal yoga practice, as well as prepare you to inspire and serve others as a certified yoga instructor. Our program brings together students from all backgrounds as they journey towards profound self-discovery and a strong, confident Yoga practice.
Whether you are seeking to dive deeper into your own personal yoga journey, or have a desire to share your love of yoga with others, our 200-hour yoga study program is a perfect place to immerse in a truly transformative experience.
The course is led by two master level ERYT-500 HOUR yoga instructors, Mary Baker and Geanette Floyd, who share a combined 26-years teaching experience. Participants will be expertly guided through a comprehensive 200-hour curriculum intended to REFINE personal practice, INSPIRE both self and others through the teachings of yoga, SERVE the local community, and ELEVATE the practice of yoga both on and off the mat.
Our R.I.S.E. program is Yoga Alliance registered and training cohorts are small and intimate to allow deeper connections between participants and trainers.
